Our Team

Based in Penarth, Bay Accountancy was established in 2003 as a Husband and Wife Management team. The growth of the business has seen the company move premises to a newly refurbished office in the center of Penarth in 2012. The company currently employs 7 staff members, who are all fully trained in their particular area of expertise.

Our principal John Anthony O`Toole has worked for over 25 years in the accountancy sector after graduating with a honours degree in Economics. John has gained the distinction of being accepted as a Fellow of both the Institute of Financial Accountants [est.1916] and The Institute of Public Accountants.
